We fulfill and ship all orders directly from Japan.
Shipping Rates & Destinations
We ship our products globally from Osaka, Japan. Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and the destination country. To see the exact shipping cost, please add items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page.
Currently, we only ship to the countries/regions available for selection at checkout. If your country is not listed in the shipping options, we unfortunately cannot fulfill orders to your location at this time.
Order Processing Time (Handling Time)

Processing Time: All orders are processed and handed over to the shipping carrier within 1 to 4 business days after the order is placed.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Damages and Issues
Chatei Jin Online Store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
