We fulfill and ship all orders directly from Japan.

Shipping Rates & Destinations

We ship our products globally from Osaka, Japan. Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and the destination country. To see the exact shipping cost, please add items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page.

Currently, we only ship to the countries/regions available for selection at checkout. If your country is not listed in the shipping options, we unfortunately cannot fulfill orders to your location at this time.

Order Processing Time (Handling Time)

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed and handed over to the shipping carrier within 1 to 4 business days after the order is placed.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or Japanese national holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order is shipped, the estimated delivery time depends on the destination and the shipping carrier.

  • Standard International Shipping: Generally 4 to 12 business days (varies by destination).

  • Note: Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery can take longer than expected due to customs clearance procedures or other external factors.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Chatei Jin Online Store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, customs duties, VAT, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer (buyer). We recommend checking with your local customs office for specific information before placing an order.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

Damages and Issues

Chatei Jin Online Store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. However, if the item is defective (spoiled) or different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately as per our [Refund Policy].
